Return Eligibility

What You Can Return and When

Most new, unused Azizzen items may be returned within the eligibility window shown on your order confirmation. Power stations, power banks, cameras, and laptops must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, cables, and manuals included, and with any protective films or seals intact. Items showing signs of use, water or impact damage, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including opened software or license keys, custom-configured orders, and clearance items marked final sale. Solar panels and battery modules that have been installed or connected to a system are non-returnable unless they arrived defective. Contact our support team before shipping if you are unsure whether your item qualifies.

How Your Return Works

Start your request

Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return. We will confirm eligibility and send a return authorization.

Pack and ship

Repack the equipment in its original packaging with all accessories. Attach the return label and ship the item using the authorized carrier.

Inspection

Once your return arrives, our team inspects the item against our condition standards. We will email you the inspection result.

Refund issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing timelines depend on your bank or card provider.
